This new Leifheit Comfort Slicer is convenient and practical. The ergonomic handle on the underside is also an adjusting wheel for the sharpness of the blade. Simply turn and the Comfort Slicer will quickly and smoothly move anywhere between 1.5mm and 3.5mm, for slices of various thickness. So that your hands do not come into contact with the extra-sharp blades, there is a large and convenient blade holder, including an insert for vegetables with a smaller diameter.
